Refund Policy

Requesting a refund

Contact us at schmidt@fairfieldbasketballclub.com with the parent name, athlete name, Challenge, registration email, and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed by the program coordinator. Please contact us as soon as possible; a request is not approved until we confirm it.

How refunds are handled

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, less any amount that cannot be recovered from the payment provider where permitted by law. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.

Challenge changes or cancellation

If we cancel a Challenge or cannot provide the registered experience, we will communicate the available remedy, which may include a full or partial refund or a transfer when appropriate. A change in schedule, location, capacity, or programming may affect the remedy.

Enrollment status

A refund and an enrollment withdrawal are separate administrative actions. Processing a refund does not automatically withdraw an athlete from a Challenge. We will confirm any enrollment change separately.

Payment disputes

Please contact us first so we can review the registration and payment. Stripe or your bank may also provide dispute procedures. We reserve the right to review suspected fraud, duplicate payments, or other payment errors before issuing a refund.
