Who operates this site

The Challenge Platform at challenge.fairfieldbasketballclub.com is operated by 127 Sports Intensity in connection with Fairfield Basketball Club program registration, daily participation, progress, homework, and program communications.

Information we collect

Registration collects guardian contact information, athlete profile details (including grade and school when provided), a required athlete headshot, and Challenge enrollment data. Signed-in use creates activity submissions, XP and progress records, homework assignments handled through our Curriculum integration, and communication preferences implied by enrollment.

How we use information

We use this information to operate Challenges (standings, levels, coach review, meetings, and program email such as check-in confirmations and weekly summaries when enabled), process registration payments through Stripe when a fee applies, and support administrators and coaches who run the program.

Sharing

We use service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and curriculum delivery). We do not sell personal information. Program standings and athlete display names may appear on leaderboards configured for a Challenge.

Retention and security

Records are kept for program operation, auditing, and historical Challenge results. Access to athlete and family data is limited by role (parent/guardian, coach, administrator). Headshots and other uploads are stored in protected storage; URLs are not published in marketing email without a separate durable public URL policy.

Your choices

Guardians manage enrollment through the platform and may contact us to correct information or ask questions about an athlete's account. Unsubscribe and consent specifics for program email follow the message and account settings provided by our email provider when those features are enabled.

Children

The platform is designed for youth sports participation with a parent or guardian registering and managing access. If you believe we received information in error, contact us at the email below.
